Monza stun AC Milan with late goals in Serie A upset

In a dramatic turn of events, minnows Monza pulled off a stunning upset against seven-time European champions AC Milan in a thrilling Serie A clash.

Despite Milan’s efforts to stage a comeback, Monza’s resilience prevailed as they secured a 4-2 victory with two late goals in added time.

The match, filled with twists and turns, saw Milan facing adversity early on when Luka Jovic was sent off. Trailing 2-0 after Matteo Pessina’s penalty and Dany Mota’s goal, Milan clawed their way back into contention with goals from Olivier Giroud and Christian Pulisic.

However, Monza refused to be denied as Warren Bondo and Lorenzo Colombo found the net in the dying moments, sealing their historic win over the Serie A giants.
